Trees for the future

Sourcing product from around the globe makes us very aware of our need to leave a minimal carbon footprint when bringing your customers our product.

We believe in supporting "Trees for the Future". Trees for the Future is a not for profit organisation that plants trees in third world countries. By restoring tree cover to barren lands, they have a very cost-effective way to continuously remove carbon dioxide (the major "greenhouse gas") from the global atmosphere.

Through seed distribution, agro forestry training, and specific country programs, rural groups have been empowered to restore tree cover to their lands. Planting trees protects the environment and helps to preserve traditional livelihoods and cultures for generations.

Our families donate to this program in a bid to off-set our carbon emissions.
